What are the conditions for a return?

You can apply for a return with the following reasons:

 

  • I did not receive the product(s).
  • I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product).
  • I received damaged/faulty product(s).

 

If you wish to return your product due to a change of mind, this is not allowed unless a mutual agreement has been made between the seller and yourself. Please note that the seller may dispute your return if he/she has valid reasons.
